Install latest/stable of pi-wifi-connect
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install pi-wifi-connectDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
A solution to enable your device to connect to an external wifi AP using a temporary wifi AP the device puts up and then opening its web portal. Note that wifi-connect daemon assumes control of device network management and other management solutions should not be simultaneously used.
