ProQuaere is an appointment booking system for clients to easily search for and book appointments for meetings with professionals. Options include setting the consult fee, consult duration and venue. Appointment requests are sent to the professional, who will be able to accept or send a counter proposal to the appointment request. The professional's response is then confirmed by the client and a calendar invite is sent to both parties. There is now in-built video conferencing and selection of the professional's available times.
