Install latest/stable of Quit
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install quit --classicDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
Quit is an application for Linux terminal to shutdown, reboot or suspend the computer. It is developed in C++. You can also set a timed shutdown. To use it, you will need the "sudo" command and the gcc compiler. Both are usually pre-installed in the system.
To use it you have to run
quit
