Install latest/edge of SD-Core UPF

Ubuntu 16.04 or later?

Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.

Install using the command line

sudo snap install sdcore-upf --edge

Don't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.

SD-Core UPF is only available on the unstable edge channel. It could break and change often.

Configure the UPF by editing the /var/snap/sdcore-upf/common/upf.json file, then start the individual services:

sudo snap start sdcore-upf.routectl
sudo snap start sdcore-upf.bessd
sudo snap start sdcore-upf.pfcpiface
