StegX hides files inside PNG images using password-shuffled LSB embedding and authenticated encryption (AES-GCM / ChaCha20-Poly1305). It supports Argon2id key derivation, Shamir secret sharing, panic mode, YubiKey challenge-response, and a versioned container format with HKDF domain-separated sub-keys.
