test snap using dlopen on /var/lib/snapd/lib/gl{,32}

This snap package is indented for use inside snapd test suite. The snap contains two applications, called 32 and 64. They each enumerate shared libraries in /var/lib/snapd/lib/gl{,32} and attempt to dlopen and dlclose it correctly.

On a classic system equipped with an Nvidia GPU, with the kernel module loaded, the two directories are populated with proprietary libraries exposed by the host system.
