Install latest/stable of tmate-esnow
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install tmate-esnowDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
A fork of tmux that supports sharing sessions across the internet via SSH. See https://tmate.io/.
Note: Make sure you have generated SSH keys (e.g. id_rsa).
Also, this snap will only work if you install with --devmode. This is because of tmate's use of the setgid syscall. See https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/snappy/build-apps/debug/#common-problems.
