Install latest/stable of tmux - The terminal multiplexer
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install tmux --classicDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
tmux is a terminal multiplexer: it enables a number of terminals to be created, accessed, and controlled from a single screen. tmux may be detached from a screen and continue running in the background, then later reattached.
Tmux snap, reboot!
