Install latest/stable of Whisper Telegram Bot
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line
sudo snap install whisper-telegram-botDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
A Telegram bot for audio transcription using Whisper
It can be executed normally:
whisper-telegram-bot --token "0000000000:AAA-abcdefghijklmnopqrstu0123456789" --model ~/snap/whisper-telegram-bot/common/ggml-large-v3-turbo.bin 0000000 11111111

Or as a daemon:
sudo snap set whisper-telegram-bot allowlist=[0000000,11111111]
sudo snap set whisper-telegram-bot gpu=false
sudo snap set whisper-telegram-bot language=en
sudo snap set whisper-telegram-bot model=/var/snap/whisper-telegram-bot/common/ggml-large-v3-turbo.bin
sudo snap set whisper-telegram-bot daemon=true
