This snap carries out basic configuration for an Ubuntu Core appliance needing a wifi hotspot. Three parameters are used
"ssid" with default value "Ubuntu Core Hotspot",
"password" which is not set by default,
"wifi-interface" with default value set to the first wireless interface detected.
