Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.
Install using the command line

If you have troubles with connecting external storages or removable media, you need to grant permission for the app to access them. Please enter the following command in the Terminal:
snap connect filmographer:removable-media
