Netplan is a utility for easily configuring networking on a linux system.
You simply create a YAML description of the required network interfaces and
what each should be configured to do. From this description Netplan will
generate all the necessary configuration for your chosen renderer tool.
Enable snaps on Raspberry Pi and install test-snapd-netplan-apply

Enable snapd
On a Raspberry Pi running the latest version of Raspbian snap can be installed directly from the command line:
sudo apt update
sudo apt install snapd
You will also need to reboot your device:
sudo reboot
After this, install the snapd snap in order to get the latest snapd:
sudo snap install snapd
Install test-snapd-netplan-apply
