Install latest/beta of test-snapd-netplan-apply
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?

Install using the command line
sudo snap install test-snapd-netplan-apply --beta
Don't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
test-snapd-netplan-apply is only available on the unstable beta channel. It could break and change often.
