Install latest/stable of opera-proxy
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?

Install using the command line
sudo snap install opera-proxyDon't have snapd? Get set up for snaps.
Standalone Opera VPN proxies client. Just run it and it'll start plain HTTP proxy server forwarding traffic via proxies of your choice.
