Install latest/stable of pgadmin4
Ubuntu 16.04 or later?
Make sure snap support is enabled in your Desktop store.

To allow pgAdmin to use gnome password manager, use the following command:
snap connect pgadmin4:password-manager-service
To allow loading from and saving to your home directory:
snap connect pgadmin4:home
